I am taking it upon myself to do the research since most people will default to saying "We don't know" or " No one really knows for sure what the numbers are." This is lazy thinking and in this case, can get someone injured or killed based on these unacceptable dismissals of critical thinking. Below are phrases and things people say that are unacceptable reasons to take the jab.
"It's to keep everyone safe from COV!D-19"
The Moderna, AstraZeneca, Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson injections are not safe drugs. It is not even a vaccine. It is much more deadly than an actual vaccine that had been tested for years before it was approved by the FDA. According to 'VAERS Analysis'...
"Risk of dying from COVID vaccine is 170 times greater than Flu Vaccine" - VAERS
"Risk of adverse reaction from COVID vaccine is 55 times greater than Flu Vaccine" - VAERS
The chances of death are too high (in my book) to ever take something like this. So if you want me to be safe... I will not risk my health for your company. The reported deaths by year (versus the actual flu vaccine) below should be shocking.
"You're being selfish"
Said by someone close to me. Being selfish in some cases is NOT a bad thing. When we eat or listen to music we like, this is also being selfish. When I eat food I like, I (in most cases) am not considering eating because of the interest of an outside force/entity. I am eating because I'M HUNGRY; a necessity of life. This is selfish and you do it too if you're reading this. This is similar/identical with music. This word (selfish) has commonly been used in its negative connotation to invoke an emotion or manipulate the receiver of this word into shame which is an UNACCEPTABLE reason to take a drug. If you have done this to me, this is peer pressure. In this case, I'm using the word "selfish" with NO connotation added.
When it comes to the mRNA injections, I am exercising a normal and common personality trait within ALL humans. Selfishness. I am making the decision for myself to NOT take a drug that has broken the record for most adverse events in the world including heart malfunctions with famous athletes in soccer. Like everyone else, I am also a group of genetic material who is concerned with his own replication. I'd like to not take a risk with my well-being.
Below is data from VAERS that show how the COV!D-19 injections had accumulated more deaths than all other medicines in one year. So yeah, I'm gonna be selfish and save myself the negatively life-changing, DNA-altering drug that needed the definition of vaccine to be changed in order for it to be marketed as such.

It would be a sad separation but,
maybe you're not understanding the gravity of what you're asking. You're asking me to take an irreversible mRNA/gene-altering drug that has not been tested long enough to understand the ramifications to society, offspring, the ability to have offspring, or how it will contribute to health during old age to work at your facility? As much information VAERS has so far, we still need at least 10 years to see its societal impact/results. Even after 10 years, I will not take it. I've had COV!D and was down and out for 4-5 days. This means I have antibodies that will fight off the virus or be immune to it if ever there was a time I get it again. Natural immunity is equal; (and in some cases) stronger, longer-lasting and more robust than the mRNA injections. There is a case to be made about hybrid Immunity but my stance is to stay unvaccinated at all costs. My concern is not only the virus but also the long-term effects of the mRNA injections.
My biological future (to me) is more important than working at a job that will give me an ultimatum of taking the mRNA injection or resigning. It sounds like a threat to my livelihood. To me, it's a "gun-to-my-head" and the gun is unemployment whether you see or don't see it that way.

The vaccinated are the ones with occuring issues.

If you have a biological entity that's prone to mutation, and the SARS coronavirus 2 (like all coronaviruses) is prone to mutation. So, If you have a biological entity like that and you apply narrowly focused selective pressure that is nonlethal, and you do this over a long period of time, this is the recipe for driving the emergence of novel variants.
In other words, the more people get injections, the more variants are likely to emerge because viruses evolve and adapt to the current injections people are taking now. We've had Delta and now Om!cron. I'd never put myself in the crosshairs of this drug.

Coercion
The video above is what I believe is happening to you because you have your own interests. You may have an above force/entity telling you to coerce employees. We can substitute the flipped switches for each person you had coerced to get the mRNA injections. It doesn't matter how nice you ask, it doesn't matter if I have a choice. When you make the choices so slim, livelihood or mRNA injections, you give me little choice that leads to civility. You have efficiently coerced me into only these two choices. Personally, I see the mRNA injections as new-age castration.

Now, if you have gotten this far, I probably told you to scroll all the way down and read the last paragraph because let's face it, you may not have time, be too lazy or afraid to be told "your ethics are wrong" to read my standpoints backed up by facts on why I'm never taking the mRNA injections. You probably think I should take them based on WEAK and UNACCEPTABLE reasons.
You probably tried to shame me, or guilt-trip me into getting jabbed. Submitting to this form of manipulation is for the weak-minded and using this form of manipulation without the data to support your claims (if any) is also weak-minded. If you have been doing this to the people around you, you may want to learn about what you are getting people into and inform them about the drawbacks. If you are telling me to get the jab because an authority figure is telling you to, this is your chance to question your authority figure.
Most people wouldn't want to question authority figures because that figure may provide them a livelihood or comfort knowing they are accepted within a group. This dynamic plays on one of the most primal human instincts to survive as a part of a tribe and in the psyche of a human, authoritative figures give other humans around them "power". Losing both acceptance and power are devastating to any human psyche.
So ask yourself: Are you more afraid of losing your job? Or afraid that you can lead someone to their death by telling someone to inject themselves with an experimental drug that may cause blood clots and/or swelling of the heart when the survival rate of COV-2 is in the 90s.

They need to add the line "...but numbers don't tell the whole story" to maintain fear that the real number is shrouded in mystery as they continue to reinforce the number of deaths simply by mentioning it. If you've gotten this far, thank you.
